Located on Lafayette Square — diagonally across from the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist — the Museum welcomes visitors through its Courtyard entrance in the rear of the home on Charlton Street or East Macon Street.

Parking is available at on-street meters. Two free Museum spaces are available at the corner of East Macon Street and Abercorn Street. The Savannah Dot Shuttle stops on the corner of Drayton and Charlton, across the street from the Girl Scout First Headquarters. Old Town Trolley stops one block northeast of the Museum at the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist.
Entering
Visitors should enter through the Courtyard gates on East Macon or East Charlton Streets. Proceed up the brick stairs through the rear door of the Museum to the Shop admission counter. See the Admission & Hours page for detailed information about tours, hours, and admission.
